SOCON Builders was founded by Bryan Grabowy after 15 years of working for some of the largest and most well respected General Contractors in Arizona.  His projects touched nearly every market sector from Data Center's to Office Tenant Improvements to Golf Course Clubhouses.

 

Our name came from the combination of the first letters of Bryan's Childrens names, Sutton & Owen with the first three letters of Contracting and the belief that we are Builders, not brokers. SOCON Builders.
